| Cross Cultural Experience | Paddy lived most of her adult life in a cross-cultural context and worked in full-time Christian missions for over 17 years.
Through her evangelistic and pastoral role in Operation Mobilisation and Youth With A Mission, she gained vast experience in short&long-term missions across Europe, Asia and Australia.
Paddy has recently used her debriefing skills to help others transition from the mission field or gain new strength to continue by looking back on their journey.
Her welcoming home reflects her high value for individuals, where she facilitates the five-day debriefing retreat. |
