The affairs of the Australian Evangelical Alliance Incorporated (AEA) are managed by a Board of Directors assisted by the National Leadership Team (NLT). The NLT serves as the reference group for Missions Interlink.
The NLT consists of representatives of Missions Interlink Members and Associates elected at the Annual General Meeting each year, together with one representative from each State/Territory Ministry Team and up to three co-opted members with unique skills. The officeholders of the NLT also serve as the officeholders of the Board.
