| Cross Cultural Experience | Kath has an enduring passion for working alongside children and young people as they grow and develop and seeing them thrive. She serves with Missions Interlink in partnership with Interserve to help support TCKs as they transition through their life. Kath has 20 years’ of experience working with children and teens.
Her experience includes:
· Walking alongside Interserve and other mission agency families preparing for and experiencing the transition of cross-cultural service.
· Serving as Christian Living teacher and support worker at international schools online and in South-East Asia.
· Debriefing children from the ages of 5-20 years of age
· Serving as a youth group leader in South- East Asia
· Helping resource children and parents with age-appropriate Child Safety training.
· Creating and running camping and conference programs for children and teens.
· Working with a diverse range of ages, cultures and additional needs children and young people.
