All these experiences inform her work.
She has been supporting missions organisations with Psychosocial Assessments, training, debriefing and pre and post assignment counselling since 2010. She also offers counselling for issues that arise from pre-departure assessments to up-skill people before they leave, as well as debriefing and counselling for returning staff. She sees a lot of Missionary Kids (MKs) who experience issues that are associated with their time living in another country and the impact this has on their adjustment and development.
Katherine currently offers: Assessments - Predeparture for missions, Ministry candidates Training - Teamwork & conflict resolution skills, Christ-Centred Mindfulness, Mental Health Debriefing - adults and MKs Counselling - medicare rebatable, SKYPE, for adults and MKS 12+ years |
