External Conduct Standards
As you know, from 23 July 2019 all registered charities with activities overseas must comply with four External Conduct Standards (ECS).
The ECS is intended to create transparency, accountability and surety for services delivered (and resources sent) outside of Australia. The standards focus on ensuring that resources are used for legal and charitable purposes and ensure that proper records are kept and vulnerable people are protected.
This is why we have considered your suggestion to develop a CORPORATE SCHEME with a law firm to assist all of our members and associates in this demanding process.
The price of the scheme for each organization varies depending on the MI membership. CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP LEVEL AND PAYMENT. If in doubt, please check your membership level in your Wild Apricot profile.
The prices are 20% discounted from the original package.
The table on the content of the ECS Package can be found here.
ECS package is available only for MI members and Associates.
