This course is designed for facilitators of Missions Interlink training programs such as MIST and Transition Training, but also for facilitation in a range of other learning contexts. These might include conference workshops, seminars and induction programs within Missions Interlink and beyond. During this course, you will explore a foundational understanding of adult learning principles and engage with core skills and practices for dynamic facilitation.
Whether you have been facilitating for years or are just beginning in your experience, you will be encouraged to reflect on your own practice and preparation for the session or course that you will lead. This reflects Missions Interlink's commitment to life-long learning and development.
