Discerning God's Purpose or Mission: Making Decisions Wisely

Making wise and timely decisions is one of life’s most significant challenges. How do we reconcile God’s will with advice from others, conflicting values, need, and opportunities—while exercising our freedom to choose? Many Christians wrestle with these tensions and desire to understand better how God has uniquely shaped them for His purpose and mission.

Who will benefit?

Anyone seeking to know God’s purpose for their life, facing significant decisions or transitions or exploring overseas or regional service.

Anyone helping others to make wise and timely decisions.

This course will help you:

·      Discover the blind spots that impact your decision-making, e.g. the dark side of middle-class values— extreme individualism, consumerism, the pursuit of comfort; fear and analysis paralysis.

·      Connect with the real Jesus of the Bible and listen to his voice

·      Understand how God uniquely created you.

·      Apply a practical, biblically grounded and holistic process for wise decision-making that also avoids individualism and overwhelm.
