2025 Immigration Update - Visa Options for Churches and Missionary Organisations
This webinar is designed specifically for churches, parachurches, ministries, and missionary organisations navigating the complexities of Australia's migration programs. In this session, we’ll provide the latest updates on visa pathways relevant to religious workers and volunteers, with a focus on the Minister of Religion Labour Agreement (MORLA). We’ll also unpack recent developments in the Department’s increasingly stringent assessment of religious organisations.
Guest Speaker: Jensen Ma. Jensen Ma is a highly respected immigration law specialist with extensive experience helping faith-based organisations secure temporary visas. His clients include well-known organisations such as Power to Change, Reach Beyond, Navigators, Crossway, and MST. He will provide tailored advice to help you navigate the challenges specific to your ministry’s needs.
