As you know, from 23 July, 2019 all registered charities with activities overseas must comply with four External Conduct Standards (ECS).
The ECS are intended to create transparency, accountability and surety for services delivered (and resources sent) outside of Australia. The standards focus on ensuring that resources are used for legal and charitable purposes and ensures that proper records are kept and vulnerable people are protected.
