Under a Ministerial Order, a missionary will qualify for Medicare benefits, provided that the missionary is an Australian citizen, was last absent from Australia for no longer than 5years, and has previously qualified for Medicare.

We have received another helpful and official response to the inconsistency of the arrangement between ASIC and ACNC in reporting requirements.
In general, charities do not need to notify ASIC on changes in directors, constitution or address of service but may choose to do so, and late fees do not apply.
