One of the most encouraging things about this weekend is being with others who have gone through (& survived) re-entry & who “get it”... being with other missionaries who understand the life of transitions & change & service in the cross-cultural setting you’ve been living.

The other is having time with God to process things. This weekend offers you time alone with God (directed & undirected) & time to talk with a facilitator, as well as time for fellowship with others
