Once you are logged in you can create content for the main site by clicking Create Content on the menu with your user name and then selecting the correct content type.

Apart from events or discussion forums, most content that you create will be Stories or Private Stories. These appear link articles. Blogs are similar.

If you want to stop non-members viewing a story, then use the Private Story.

If you select a content category then the story will appear in the menu structure under that category. You can select multiple categories with the shift or Ctrl keys.

A Page would generally take 1 web page todisplay, and is used for things like "About Us" or contacts, rather than articles.

You can select which groups the article will appear in as well as the main site. Only do this if appropriate.

You can attach files (such as forms) and images to a story.
